A new collection of fine dining menus is introduced every season and the lunch menu changes every two weeks.
Being in season is key to ensuring the best quality of any product. We work with local producers, fisherman and hunters to support and sustain the community. Small producers invest so much time, care and love into their products, and we believe this is reflected in their quality and taste.
The fresh cow’s cheese we use comes from a small producer in the mountains north of Zagreb, duck comes from the Varaždin area, fish from fishermen along the Dalmatian coast, trout roe from Zagreb, and we select vegetables from the Zagreb’s main open market. These are just some of the products which we use.
